2009 Tournament Interview is below the short family history.


MC is a third generation fish finder MC's grand pappy introduced technology to fish finding enthusiasts everywhere.  While his Grand pappy was an awful fisherman...he sure could find the fish.  (Pictures below is Grand pappy MC)

While his grand pappy was the pioneer in fish finding technology his pappy carried along tradition and added a few of his own.  While MC's grand pappy preferred to stay dry and find fish from the comfort of the dry air, MC's pappy liked to get up close and personal and took fish finding to a whole new level...err below level.

MC has created a hybrid approach to both of his forefathers technique.  It's almost a hybrid approach he keeps half his body dry while the other half is submerged giving him the best of both worlds.

Here the third generation MC demonstrates his technique for us while fishing for trout.

Best thing about MC is when you're at a party and you send him to find the last beer.

Mc is a man of few words and that's probably b/c he was raised half way underwater and the half that was raised under water was the half that talked.  The words that he does speak are powerful and straight to the point.


BABFT.com  It's your first year as part of the Big ass bass fishing tournament, do you think you can make a run at the title?

MC - I believe we only need to beat three teams.  If we can accomplish that, we have as good a chance as anyone.

BABFT.com  Rumor has it that you are the master of the fish finder, can you catch the fish too or only find them?

MC- Mostly just find them...after they swim under the boat.

BABFT.com - Do you have a nickname?

MC - No nickname...but sometimes people think I say my name is Mac...and one time Math
